According to the eminently sane Peter Mandelson, Tony Blair described Gordon Brown as "mad, bad, dangerous and beyond hope of redemption". Just the sort of person that you would choose to run the economy.
Thank heavens that we had Blair in charge all those years not his nutter neighbour.
